The University of Oxford reports that a new brain scan study has discovered that when exposed to similar painful stimulus, the brains of babies ‘light up’ in a very similar way to adults. It suggests that babies experience pain much like adults. (click here)
Exactly the point Dr Leboyer was making. We know now that babies can feel pain.
What else can babies feel?
More importantly what do these experiences mean?
Are these limited to sensory experience or do they dive into emotional spaces?
Do babies have the capacity to have a multi dimensional 'human experience'
